Questions...

I am just experiencing the series of questions and meeting a lot of new people. This is how my day starts (everyday)
Cab Driver - where are you from? why are you here (weird one as its a company cab and he know that i work for the company)? do you know the way (uh.. no the 1st question should answer this)? what religion are u? (none of your business, i say that in my mind)

Office crowd - when did you join us? where were you prior? where you a team leader? how many years of experience do you have? (seriously i have answered this question via my CV and in the real interview rounds in detail) where do u stay? are you here with your folks? (this one is kinda cute as its mostly from the bachelors who wanna check availability status) how long have you been married? (gals only ask this one ) why you don't have any kids? (uh...seriously this is none of your business)
Well this goes on...
I was bugged about this and hence decided to wear my headphones in the cab.. i realised that since the drivers here sleep less to get more jobs in day they tend to sleep off and the only solution to this problem is to answer all the cabby questions politely everyday..

At work when i don't answer such questions my snob value goes up so hence for better rapport building i answer them as well....

I am hoping another month of questions and I guess I am mastering this section of meeting people well as I answer 2-3 questions before I am asked as I can link the line of thought I mean line of questioning.

Craickedelic Year 2009

New Year wishes .. hoping everyone has a fun filled year.
5 years of marriage has been fun, it has also being sad away from folks -Always have to do with calling usually. I am hoping that the year 2009 will be filled with travel and I meet new friends this year.
The years that have gone by, made me a better person. I have learned to listen, to put my foot down, to crib and whine more, to appreciate nature, be sarcastic, take a joke, and so much more.
As usual my love to work in a call center has remained intact. Currently the place or people here are not in my favourite, however knowing me I am hoping this would change in a few months. In my posts to come you can expect a lot about the industry and the people (with fake names ofcourse).
